Warm A/C?!?!?

So most of you know I got into a car wreck with my mustang about two months back. If you didn't know...now you do. Well anyways, I needed a whole new front clip. As well as all new a/c, radiator, hoses, belt tensioner and belt. Everything from the engine up was replaced. My a/c was ice cold ALL of the time before the accident. Now with the new parts, my a/c is only cold during morning and night hours when it's not as hot outside as it is during the day. It's really bad at idle. I'd rather have the windows open then the a/c on. But like I said, at night or in the morning before it gets hot my a/c is cold...i don't even have to have it on max to feel comfortable. But during the days, I sweeat with the a/c on max. I took it back the 1st time i mentioned it was hot, and the guy put more r-134a in it..but it didn't do any better really. Any opinions will be greatly appreciated.

ok two options id say...

1.Get it recharged and not by the darn ford dealer
2.You might have a a/c leak...ive fixed two of them 1 in a fox and 1 in a jetta what we do is we goto autozone/pep boys/whatever your local auto store is and buy a bottle of a/c recharge "r-134a" and then you take food coloring dab a drop into the tip of the bottle and one into the nozzle under the hood...looks like a wheel air filler thinger (cant recall name) and then put the recharger in..turn your a/c on full blast and look at the lines for the coloring...once you find it just replace the lines and you should be good.

remember to close your vents because coloring will come out if it makes it that far...also only do this if you fill comfortable with what youre doing...
