stupid question... are your vents open?

there it a little slide on the side which opens and closes them

as for the armorall... anything acidic will remove it.
like nail polish remover.. or any degreaser.

he is trying to help dont be a dick some times the little things are overlooked and we want to clear that up before we tell you you have a vacuum leak and if u dont know what that means take it to a pro to fix it. it requires removing the heating cluster and locating and then repairing the vacuum leak or there are other vacuum lines behind the cluster that are susceptible to breakage and will cause this issue.

A vacuum leak will not cause it not to come out of the vents on the dash unless a line is completely severed. Turn your A/C on. When its just blowing out of the defroster, whack the top of the dash. Not hard enough to crack it, but enough to see if the plastic doors are sticking the control where the air flow goes to. If the air comes out of the vents after whacking it, you should be good. It should of permanently freed them.

I had that happened to me when I messed with the vaccumm lines. Check the vacuum lines right next to the brake booster. there should be four lines that connect there make sure you have them all and if you do switch the little ones around. that fixed my problem...
