Gas Mileage!!!!! HELP


i just bought a 2004 mustang (v6) with 40,000 miles on it

the only mod that it has is a cat-back exhaust flowmasters .......

but im getting shit gas mileage 13 miles to the gallon !!!!!!


DOSE ANYONE NO WHY?????

that is your shitty gas milage switch... lot of people don't know about it so shh... keep it on the DL

Well, not sure right away what would cause the really bad gas mileage other than do you drive the crap out of it? Rev it high, etc.?

Get a chip/tune and that can make your gas mileage better probably...

i have a 96 with tons of mods and the 04 is my Girlfriends car and mines dont even come close 2 sucking that bad ?

Dude, somethings wrong. Something like that should throw a code I would think. My 04 gets about 22 mpg and has the same mileage. Somethings screwed. Did you buy it with a couple dead bodies in the trunk and not know it... that extra weight could cause some loss too.

i get 20 and i have a crappy falling apart single port...

im thinking that their most be something stupid like the tires are flat... or something so crazy that we wouldn't ever think of it

In comparison, I get about 12 mpg in the city when I'm driving aggressively, but when you look at what's done to my motor, you wouldn't be surprised....

I get about 17 mpg on the highway.

do a tune up. fuel filter, plugs, wires, oil change and professional injector cleaning and.... oh yah start with the air filter a plugged filter with conquer fuel millage

clean ur maf and check ur fuel filter/ air filter.
