IMO a 75 shot on a v6 isn't going to beat an lsJuan.

granted the gears and a tune might help a tad but they don't add power.

and the ls1's tq advantage will match those 4:!0's easily.


I'm not bashing the 6er... you know me better than that.. but it's the truth.
gears a 75shot /8.8 and a tune just isn't going to cut it bro.

it takes a GT damn near full bolt ons just beat a ls1

Because supras are INLINE 6's and their not in a V configuration...

And either way an SS with headers+exhaust if its an M6 will run 12.9s all day on street tires

A n02 6 wont do that at all...

The ls1 will still smoke him. I'm no where even close to thinkin a ls1 is in my reach. The lsx motors are badass motors. I get to drive a ls2 every once in a while if I'm lucky, and I can beat it off the line with my 4.6L, but once that thing gets into it's powerband or mid rpms....it will rape me, and rape is a nice word for it. I haven't driven an ls1, but I can imagine.

when you girls stop sweating what is seen on papers done by professionals and see it from real drivers at the track...you would see that Ls1 drivers usually get low 13s only...my buddies SS does 13.3s on bolt ons ...at 303rwhp....Ive seen a kid only run 13.1 and .2s with a stock 6.0 GTO.....stock Terminators at the track are lucky and i mean lucky if they make a 12.9 pass stock

Thats on some shi*tty tires, in a z28, 105k miles, long tubes, and o/r Y pipe. Still had the stock air lid on it. The vid you posted said 150 shot, not safe on a stock motor.

point is a LS1 being theres no difference between the z28,SS, and WS6 usually run low 13s....vettes i heard can make a 12 sec pass bone stock...but usually 13s

Your kiddin me right? I've seen a SS make more rwhp than that with just an exhaust and cai.

what a delusion. ls1s are putting down 300 to the wheels 100% stock. your gonna need a tt or s/c + h/c/i just to make it close. than a 75 shot of nitrous to take the race!!! but for everything your gonna need, yuour gona have to spend over $10k.

at 10psi with a single turbo kit you can very well beat a LS1 camaro

your over rating them quite a bit

thats just a 10psi turbo...everything else stock
a 10psi twin kit lol that'd be a funny race

yes, ls1s do make 300rwhp whether its in a firebird, camaro, or a vette. the vette was overrated and the f-bodies were underrated. the only reason the ls1 vettes are running very low 13s stock is because they weigh about 500-600lbs less than an f-body. but all 3 cars make the same power, believe me. im buying an ls1 and i read around ls1 forums enough to know wuts really going on. and your buddies ss looksd like it has a problkem if its only putting down 303rwhp with boltons cuz stock thats wut theyre putting down.

ok, i exaggerated a bit, but your not gonna be running turbos at 10psi very long on a stock motor, good luck with that
