Borla
I would like everyones opinion on Borla exhaust in comparison to Flowmaster. Then do another comparison of Borla compared to Magnaflow.

Borla is better on V8s... but Flow master is the best out there for the sixers (tru duals plus flows 40s or 44s)

I know the feelings on the sounds of the mufflers, but how about exploring a bit deeper. Feelings on full cat-backs on 6ers? How long do they last? Is Flowmaster mentioned more because of their history? Why is Borla so expensive?

Well, my car is my project. 2000 V6 with exhaust, CAI, and a chip. I have a whole wish list. Im just saying that once I have all of that done, I will probably want an actual cat-back. Since I will not be buying lots of parts at that point, I could save for a more expensive exhaust set-up.

i have Borla duals with longtubes and a x pipe no cats....ill post ay a clip on youtube soon,...1st i gota get my ride outa the shop..lol.. mabey a ew more days and ill be able to let ya hear...I think it sounds nice @ idle...but when u get it up into the higher RPS it does tend to get a little raspy but that might contribut to the xpipe...BUT i have never felt such a dramatic change in performance on anycar using any kind of exhaust before.. the diffrent in perfomance with BORLA on a v6 will blow all other away..i gues sound was something i was willing to risk

flowmaster on any mustang FTW
v6 or v8...v8s just sound hands down better with flows then anything borla is just a good quality exhaust with supposed higher performance gains if you have plans on a s/c with different heads and a cam i still say flowmaster, you MIGHT sacrafice 2-5hp but the sound is sooo worth it plus 5hp doesnt lose races

I heard someone on here say that Flowmaster is so popular because alot of people dont know any better, but he never said what he thought was better. Where do Magnaflows fit into the picture?
