Ideas to increase performance
I'm pretty green when it comes to working on cars. The most work I've personally done on it is fixing the odometer so......my car has no mods. It's a 97 v6, manual. I feel like my car is not getting the full use out of the engine. It feels like it is lagging. I'm looking for some relatively cheap and simple mods to help increase performance.

The odometer says 105,200 but it was broken for 3 years, so it's probably more like 140,000 or more. I didn't really mean cheap, I just meant cheaper mods to start off with.

if i was to go in order...
CAI(cold air intake) Dual exhaust x or h pipe off road LT headers Then tune! ull get better gains if u tune after u put ur mods on cuz it will be programed in for the mods u have.... then if ur getting a new engine just get a CAI and then work on getting ur engine personally i wouldnt recomentd presision like alota ppl do...because of them iam having to get a new crank kit put in my car because they didnt put a proper grind on ti and its causing internall wear...so the price is up their for labor.... after u do all that then worry about getting a turbo or s/c! thats pretty much it on performance unless ur gona spray....

I don't really know anything about cars, so I'm prob wrong. I thought it wasn't good to put a SC or turbo on a car with so many miles.

We have enough room to do turbos in the engine bay.
