thunderbird engine swap


i found a thunderbird for cheap and wonder if i everything will bolt up to my car using the t-bird as a donor car basically (its a v8)

if you get the computer ... shouldn't be too bad... lot of late nights and a lot of work

i think you would have better luck moving the body onto the t-bird

ugh..


why put the t-bird motors in our cars.. even getting the s/c isnt worth it...


just buy a turbo kit or a vortech s/c

the car wasnt that expensive, s/c and turbo would be more it wa something i was wondering about i also came across a 4.6 from a lincoln mark VIII for a low cost if i bought an ecu and harness everything sould bolt up it is the same motor in the mach 1 right.

different cams but PRETTY MUCH the same thing.

Again this is one of those if you have the time/money/patience type things
