5 quarts of 5W20 is the oil required for your vehicle. I would suggest a K&N oil filter when you do the oil change. Well worth the few extra dollars in my opinion.

well, do you know what brand of oil was used last in your engine? It is a bad idea to change your oil with different brands, some oil will remain in pockets in your engine in addition to the inside still being coated with left over oil. Some brands sometimes disagree with being mixed as do synthetics and naturals. Damn minute maid orange aid is good... If you dont know and use nonsynthetic definitly use Castrol GTX, it is supposed to be the best, it is what most SAAB 900 SCCA rally car drivers use and what i use with my 243k mile factory spec oil cooled turbo charger.

I run 5w30... Ford recommends 5w20 for fuel economy reasons. In my opinion the 30wt oil is better for the engine.

i say go ahead and do it yourself, don't take it anywhere else. if you do choose to switch to full synthetic you will need to keep using synthetic from here on out don't switch back and forth.

i might be the odd ball but i use a blend, the valvoline durablend 5w30, but most will say mobil1 full synthetic
