I've got an almost complete 94 supercoupe engine for sale since im parting out the car. The only thing that isnt there is the SC and plenum. You can find these on ebay cheap, or you could get an aftermarket one. These are rated at 230hp 330tq. stock. I would think this is your best bet, V6 into an engine bay set up for a V6. Let me know what you think.

No, its 330 tq. research it. because they're supercharged from the factory, especially with an eaton roots (m90), they are able to make that much torque.

the 89-93 model supercoupes put out 215hp-315tq. the 94-95 models put out 230hp-330tq http://consumerguideauto.howstuffwor...nderbird-4.htm Egines back then werent making great power numbers. Think about it, the fox mustangs were only puttin out 180-200 to the wheels with a 5 liter V8! Engines have changed a lot. You're also lookin at a curb weight of 3600 pounds for a thunderbird which the 3.
8 supercharged engine comes in. You're mustang weighs about 3000 maybe less. Thats a big difference. It isnt hard to modify the SC engines either. A better intake, exhaust, and smaller pulley, and youre makin 260whp easy in a very light car. Im only sellin it for $800. (i have the 94 model by the way)

i didnt say it was the best, but it is a good option..... a cheap one too. Remember, you could always stroke that one out to 4.2 later on if you wanted to. You would be embarrassing V8's left and right with a boosted 6. The BEST option, if your wallet permitted, would be the 03-04 cobra swap. But you would be better off spending some more money and just buying an 03-04 cobra. Look into the 93-98 mark VIII's. They have the DOHC 32v V8 in them. 96-98 mark VIII's have the same engines as the 96-01 cobras, just with i different intake and they arent really TOO hard to find.

your going to have to make your won blue prints... ha your best bet would to use autodesk inventor i think its called... but their is so much work and shit you have to do your best bet will to ask around and see what the best bet is for the design like ask eagle and shit like that people who make performance pistons ... ask them what the best design is and base your research and designs off of that... then from their you have to take a stock piston and combine the to and draw it all out...

its a bunch of time and money you have to invest into this idea... the funny thing is to get a good computer program to design this part you are going to spend $300
