Im looking for a few cheap modifications I can make, maybe cosmetic, maybe performance. Just looking for suggestions - to a 2002 ticket me yellow v6.
Any ideas would be great! By cheap I mean in the low hundreds, and Ive already got wheels covered.

K&N FIPK Cold air intake around 300 with shipping for my car and yours is older so im guessing around 200

Window tints at a local tint shop and find out the legal tint for the drivers/passenger so you dont get a ticket . its about 120-200 i believe

look and read that to help you out

My personal opinion
if you have plans on going turbo
just save up for that NOW
CAI and exhaust will be thrown away if you buy those first

s/c plans
get 2.5 dual exhaust with long tubes
no UD pulleys

bigger TB with both

My friend (who is into muscle cars and restoration) told me that if I were to go to a muffler shop and ask them to install a dual exhaust, that they would use their own metal and bend it to how they need it to be - and I would only spend ~$200 for it. I dont believe him, however I have never gone and asked before... is this a common thing for people to do?

very common ... alot of people on here chose that as a first mod... or one that they get out of the way soon... the only thing is if you have it done for $200 that means they are either using a generic muffler or no muffler at all... for close to $400 you can get a set of flowmasters installed on a true dual system... also for your ture dual you are going to want to get an H pipe or an X pipe... most people will tell you H on a 6er but it is just a prefrence thing
