supercharger

ok boys, havent been here in a while...but i finally sold enough cars to put me at a sweet little $5800 built up for mods. And the only thing on my mind right now is a supercharger, ive got springs, a hurst short throw, and 18" wheels sitting in my service department, but i was waiting to do it all at once. Now i just need some advice on which supercharger to go with. thanks

i told him s/c because well no offense but for beginers....with money better off starting with easier bolt on kits like a procharger or vortech

learning the basics on those is much easier then turbo

has nothing to do with running or putting together.,,,hell my kit is bolt on..
i think before someone gets a mod ike that they should know at least some decent info about the part.
if something goes wrong its easier to fidn the problem

A single turbo

Superchargers are easier to maintian then Turbo's. Turbo's you have exhaust leaks that develope and cracks are more prone to happen.

Superchargers, the only thing you have to worry about is the belt alignment.

turbos are more efficent because they use waste to produce power... were as a supercharger uses power to make power robing from its self...

All these people posting what is better. Just out of curiosity, have you ever owned either, or at least rode in a car that had either?
