1st mod... CAI or Throttle body?

for my first mod should i go throttle body or CAI and what exactly does the throttle body do? who makes a good one, and where to get one?

throttle body allows more air into your engine like a CAI does, but a tb won't be beneficial to you if your upper intake manifold isn't ported to match your tb. Go for the CAI.

a 3.73 and t-lok thats what you want to get forget the engine work and such i have had my car a year and it still has the dirty old K&N on it ... need to get a cleaning kit for that thing though...
