cai fitting?
OK for all you junkies out there that know alot more than me. Im having a hard time finding a CAI for a 98 3.8L i went to Auto Zone and asked for prices and companies to see if i could get it there cheaper. They cant find one for a 3.8 so would the 98 GT still fit or not and if so would it be cheaper to get a like universal CAI i dont really care on how it looks as long as it works customizing comes at the end for me. oh and while im on the subject i was thinkg about building my own, and im not the first person to think of this im sure but if say for instance where the goes into the throttle is a 3" hole and i put on a 4" pipe when the air is being sucked in would would the compress the air right there and make it shoot harder in or would it just stop a smooth flow of air? opinions plz sarcasm is cool too

and most people wouldnt think/trust getting a cai from ebay. they dont think the quality would be good and dont know the difference. i found out to look on ebay when i got here
