will an 01 spoiler cover the holes of a 2000 spoiler? if not are there any mustang spoilers that will cover those holes?

no it wont.
those spoilers have different mounting points you could just plug the holes & get whatever spoiler you want. Search the site for threads about spoiler delete/removal to find out how

nope...just take your existing 99-00 wing move it back a inch or 2 and mount it...will look nice that way
