Brake noise... I got vid to show you

Okay my car has had this weird brake pedal problem for about a few months. But it has seemed to get worse. Whenever i hit my brakes. The pedal sometimes is hard to push. aNd sometimes it isnt. But i was riding wiht my windows down today and noticed that it makes a noise when i hit the brake pedal .. I made a youtube video to show you what i mean.
