get the nitrous.

whats your budget?

it takes a bit of money to gain 70 crank HP .. you would need more than that even since the v6 lacks the GT's tq

m90 swap on a 99+ is a waste of two things. Time and Effort

to beat stock gt..

H/C/I, long tubes, exhaust, udp, cai, SCT, and gears should have you pulling quite nicely on one. you can also remove your rear set for some weight reduction.

Or

Nitrous, SCT, and your current mods should do it (75wet shot)

Or

Any form of forced induction will blow one away

And

yes the 4.0L would have walked away from you had it not been a 1lane road.

going from a 99-04 to super coupe heads and a single port setup and buying some old ass M90 why bother? cost less doing a M112 setup...only thing is finding a person to weld...and hopefully this week the guy i talk to will be doing it since he knows his shit....then i will be having several made...

75shot of nitrous, sparkplugs and a tune will run under 100...if you install the nitrous on your own....will be hanging with some GTs def. on a roll...because from a dig and no posi....means no chance unless they cant drive then who cares

Cheapest way to beat a GT? Grab some wrenches and don't let him catch you.

Full bolt ons, gears, and a tune will put you at a little over 1-2Gs, and you can beat them.

If it were me this is what I would go with

CAI
Underdrive Pulleys
Coil Pack
Spark Plug Wires
Tune (Dyno Tune would be the best)
Gears
T-Lok
Lowering Springs
Headers
Midpipe (x or h)
Cat Back Exhaust

I'd be putting my 100$ bill on the gt as long as the driver can drive -

And i don't know if anybody would wanna waste 150-300$ an hour on a dyno for a bolt on car with no internal work done.

actually that would be a drivers race for a new edge with just exhaust ... vs. a fox body... and if it were a 2.3 you might be able to beat it reverse vs. first gear...

Yeah but before 84 the foxes were like sub 200 hp cars though, and I have a lil more than a catback lol...and the 2.3 is game for me on foot
