PLEASE HELP!!!


Whats up guys, quick question if i was to buy this http://macperformance.com/store/prod...Product_ID=316
(which is a y pipe mac catback) but then i bought ( http://macperformance.com/store/prod...Product_ID=324)
which is a o/r h pipe would i just be able to remove the y pipe adapter and link them togather any help would be much helpful thanks to all!!!!

so wait you but a mid pipe?? just get a gt cat back... funny enough it will only cost you bout 350 more but it is way better for you... unless you live in a state with smog tests

the only thing is ... its a bit of money... not really cheap but losing the y is the best you can do

hers the thing tho i am gonna use the y pipe for awhile then save some money up to get the o/r h pipe cause with that u also have to buy mil eliminators so one thing at a time i just wanted to be sure the two were compatable

They will not match up....

When you use an H pipe (either for LT's or ST's) you have to use a GT Cat Back kit...

If you do not, you will have about 12-14 of no piping....

a GT kit comes with 2 short pipes that hook on BEFORE the mufflers and go to the H-pipe or Factory GT exhaust...

a V6 kit has that same section filled with a Y pipe that splits the single into dual....


I recommend you double check with Mac, because I found this out the hard way...

yea i called them and indeed u r correct they sell those 2 pieces of pipe that r needed for 56 bucks guess that the price u pay buy buying it at two diffrent times but damn money is tight these days
