Simply connect the amp to the subout of the head unit with a good quality RCA cable.

Then go here to learn how to properly connect your subs to the output side of the amp: Clicky

No offense zippee but i don't think that wiring diagram is the best. I am hoping he has a two channel amp and if he does then thats not the right diagram. Also, if you run .5 ohms on an amp that cant handle it, its gonna get extremely unstable and prob. blow. My recommendation www.crutchfield.com. They have awesome diagrams and 24 hour support by phone.

Hmm. Not sure what's wrong with the wiring diagram, it seems to work fine here. It lets you choose how many subs, how many voice coils, shows you how to wire in series or parallel, and then tells you what the load on the amp will be based on how you choose to wire it so you can match the load to the amp you have.

And instead of a two channel amp, correct me if I'm wrong, a nice big mono amp is best for running subs.

And no offense taken, debating shit on the forums is how we learn new crap.
