Dual exhaust bumper cutouts

Hey guys,

I got the flowmaster exhausts put on today and was wondering if any1 had any ideas where I could get the cutouts in my back bumper. I saw a post on this forum somewhere on how to do it yourself, but I definitely don't trust myself doing it. I looked around on ebay and didn't find any bumpers pre-cut. Do I just bring it to an auto body shop?

Something similar to this:

Advice would be appreciated...

yea you could take it to an auto shop. when i got an estimate for exhaust on my car a shop said they would also cut out the bumper for me but it was an extra like 100-150.

a body shop is going to charge him what it would cost for a GT bumper to fab that up.

it's simple.. the directions are right there along with pictures.

do it yourself and save yourself a few bucks

xenon makes a piece that just lowers the bottom of the bumper a bit... it covers up the bottom with another inch and has lil notches that look like cut outs...

go find junkyard gt bumper, but if its not the same color then paint might be expensive.

I would love to do it myself, but have zero experience with body work. I don't have the tools and even if I followed that step-by-step guide, I'm sure I'd mess up somewhere. To me...I'd rather pay the extra money than have to struggle my way through and more than likely mess it up, haha....

also, when I get the bumper the way I want it...I will have to have the exhausts raised correct?
