So my window doesnt want to roll back up

Yrah I rolled it down, it sounded and moved fine, and now it will not come back up. The switch makes a faint click if I push the down button, but there is no nothing when I try to roll it up. The other three windows work fine. Any Ideas what to do?

... its probably something with the motor or maybe it jumped the track... you might wanna see if you can take the door panel of and see if its off the tracks or something... if not that then see if their is a blown fuse bad relay or if your switch is bad

i took my 02 3.8L to barton ford locally and the mechanic told me that this is a common problem with mustangs all you have to do is get in the car and slam the door (with some force ya no) trust me it will work, if it dosent work the first time try it again

I bought my first mustang in 2006. I didn't realize they were such pieces of shit. Don't get me wrong, I love my car and take excellent care of it but since the warranty has run out, there seems to be a new problem every day I have to deal with. The Day I bought it, I got in it with the salesman and he pointed out how the windows roll down about 1/8 of an inch when you open the door and when you close it, they roll back up..... I knew that this was a feature that would be going out shortly after the warranty. I was partly right, the problem has moved to both windows but it's a short, some days the drivers side window will do it and other days it's the passenger window. Oh, and the 6-disc changer likes to spin aimlessly all night, running down your battery.

your window problem is easy to fix. turn the key to on. roll the window all the way down while holding the button down (dont do the one touch crap.) hold it there for five seconds, then roll it up while holding and hold for 5 seconds.

as for the cd changer. that shit happens, but who still uses cds?

My drivers side window does that occasionally. They told me that after a while the teeth will line up weird and seize it up. I have a reckneck way of getting it back up though. While holding the switch up, hit the door right in the center. IF it is your door windows.
