i have been helping my girlfriend look for a car and she said she either wanted a mustang or a camaro so i told her ok and only looked for mustangs cause i do NOT want my girlfriend driving a chevy POS. So i finally found her a good deal on an 03 V6 stang. Its listed for 8K and it only has 61,000 miles on it with a clean title. Her dad and her are going to look at it right now and as soon as i showed her the pic she fell in love with it so they will most likely be buying it. Here is the pics

just thought id show you guys and see what you thought, i think its a pretty good car for her, plus when she has problems ill be able to fix it for her cause we have the same car

sometimes but if you look at trade-in KBB on this its $9,155 and its been sitting on the lot for a while cause the price has been reduced on the car a couple times

KBB usually says cars are worth less than what they usually sell for.. with that being said, it does look like you found a nice deal.. congrats

the asshole at the dealership lied about having the car he had others but not this one. My girlfriend called and told me and i called the dealership and cused out about 4 people including 2 managers. im so pissed. But i looked up some other cars for my GF to go look at since she is already in that area so shes not mad at me or anything. But it really pisses me off that people do shit like that

Yeah i can relate i did that when i was looking for my car. Except it was a manual v6. And he was makin up times when parts were replaced. It had 75k on it and he lied about when the clutch was replaced and shit. But I guess thats what i get for not buying from my uncle who is a salesman at a local Ford dealership. But i didn't end up buyin this one from him

sorry about that tjames... used car dealers are pricks. when i was looking for my car about 4 months ago, i found one at a dealer that looked nice. i called the guy up and he would not answer any of my questions. he said "you have come see it. then you can ask questions"...WTF? he would not even tell me if it had an auto or manual tranny. so that call basically ended with me telling him that he was an asshole and there was no way in hell i was going to come see the car. it was overpriced anyway.

i ended up buying my car from a marine down at camp pendleton... about 45 minutes south of me. Awesome guy, just really down to earth. i ended up with an one owner, spotless 01 with 48,000 miles for $6,800 cash.

also when you buy from a private seller, you can sense how the car has been taken care of. carfax helps too. but at a dealer, you have no idea who owned the car before and how it was taken care of. just my 2 cents... private sellers ftw

yeah i hear ya. i got two cars snaked from me when i was looking at stangs, but i just took it positively i figured there is a reason i did not end with them. i ended up with something better. youll find another one, trust me

I completely agree, I had a couple mustangs I was looking into that "were in stock" but when I went to see them they were not there. I Ended up getting my v6 03 mustang for $6500 and only 33,000 miles on it last owner was a police man so I feel I ended up with a good deal out of it.

Keep searching im sure you will find another deal just like it!
