Mountain Driving

Im looking into some upgrades to my 2003 v6. Only upgrade is CAI. Where I live there are sooo many hills and turns that I would like to look into some upgrades that would help me make these turns a bit faster . I would like to get some lowering springs but im not sure which ones to get and how much to lower it. Could you guys make some suggestions? Thanks
