I did this a few times. 2 hours is BS. 10-30 mins MAX....

1. Open hood, take out headlights by prying the two steel brackets up on each light and disconnecting the bulbs - this helps on the re-assembly when you have to line up some plastic tabs.
2. Take out the radiator cover (plastic screws and speed clips)
3. There are two more plastic screw/speed clip combos at the very top of your bumper where it meets the engine bay.
4. There are two nuts on each side in the fenders. You have to climb under and work from the bottom. It helps to take out the retaining screw at the front of each fender well and pulling the inner fender plastic back. Lube up the bolts with a drop of motor oil, PB Blaster, or WD-40 etc... to help keep them moving if the're rusted
5. There are a few more speed screws on the bottom of the bumper - take them out as well.
6. Pry the bumper off each side of the car (bolts go through the fender) then pull it off foward.

Done. reverse for re-assembly.

If you break any of the speed screws of anything just use those good ol' fashioned plastic "Christmas Tree" bolts Ford loves so much.

Any problems, ask.
