ok i need everyones help

i was offered, by a very good friend, a 95 gt 5.0. same miles as my 2000 v6. he heard i was gonna turbo charge my 6 and begged me not to do it. he said all your going to do is blow the engine just trade me this one and turbo that. i dont know too much about that year or specs really. we havent worked out all the details on the trade yet but i have so much in the 6 i dont really want to get rid of it. then again i will have more power with the 95. were gonna talk more about it after the holiday. but its sounds like he wants to just trade straight across. and in case any one is from bakersfeild, ca my buddy owns city auto repair. WHAT SHOULD I DO???!!!

I would keep the 6....

Its almost as fast as the 5.0L.

Only thing about the 5.0L is you can get parts dirt cheap for one but thats it...

yeah but i wont blow up that engine like i would the six. man im so confused. also my insurance would be retarded expensive with the 5.0. and with the 5.0 i could get more horsepower out of it with the turbo.

toss HCI on that 5.0 and you will not only walk v6's with ease but you will also walk most GT's.

the 5.0s are monsters when you put money in them

however, you also gotta realize how old that engine design is

you're dating back to the 60s

my little 2.3 has more technology in it than that 5.0 does

tell the general to piss off.

no he isn't

try progressive.

and why on earth would you need full coverage on a 5.0

the car really isn't worth that much.

if you get the lowest comp/collision coverage it will more than pay for that fox.

as far as if the accident is your fault... thats what liability covers.
