New options for my '05

I have an '05 auto V6 with stock tires and an American Thunder Flowmaster axleback. I have a few questions:

1. Next thing is CAI/tuner. What is the best brand for a decent price and how much is labor for this?

2. I'm also thinking after or at the same time of the CAI/tuner, getting gears and a T-Lok. 3.73 or 4.10? Auto, stock tires as a reminder.

If I could just get some input on those two things it would help me immensely, thx.

I've got an 06 and I like the Diablo tuner. You can do so much more wtih it than others I looked at. You can change parameters, you can change tune for different gears, etc. I also installed the Airaid CAI and it made a huge difference.
