No air conditioning.....


hey guys....so here i am yet again.....with another freaking problem.....my a/c is usually ice cold and blows out pretty good....havent had anyt problems with it since ive had it......and was working fine yesterday and today....i had my windows up because it was raining and starting freaking sweating my balls off lol and notcied my a/c is not working....got out popped the hood and check the compressor and it still kicks on and off and what not....so i dont know if its the compressor or not....i actually have no clue what it is.....anyone wanna take a stab?

it could be a few different things.

but a can of recharge is cheap.

I would try that first.

lol thats actually what i usually do is roll my windows down but today i kind of was forced to roll my windows up cuz it was freaking raining

go to auto zone or o'reilys i was at them yesterday and they had them right in front of the entrance... i was like dude ... i should look into that

so today i discover that the air condition is blowing out cold air but only through the floor vents.....how the hell is that possible?

pull out the vent switch panel there are many tubes attached to the back of it. the venting position is controlled by a series of vacume tubes. inspect them for cracks and splits or even completer breakage. your vent position is stuck on floor obviously. so id start there

yeah see, it even comes out the little itty bitty side vents on the dash near the doors.....just not the four main big vents....
