Winter Fast Approaching In New England

What do you guys do when your mustang is your only means of transportation? I want to buy a beater for winters, but in all reality - I might be moving to CA in about a year so this is possibly my last winter.

I don't have any experience with snow tires, but I'm sure it would help. On my old mustang, I used to throw sand bags in the trunk to weigh it down as well.

a tlok wont do a damn thing with the snow lol...even suv's have problems....mustangs dont like snow even with a posi/lsd......throwing weight in the rear is def. a thing to do with or w/o a t lok...which yeah would help having when ur getting no traction in 2inches of snow....
