rims rubbing sway bar...

I just got new rims on my 01 mustang. I went from stock 16 to 17.
Now when I turn the wheel hard over the rim rubs on the sway bar. "both ways"
Dose anyone know of a way to adjust or fix this problem?

Well as far as I know they were he stock rims.
And they are rubbing right at the outside lip of the rims. It has actually knocked the balance weight out of place so now I have a shimmy at low speeds. I was thinking of takeing out the sway bar but I am not sure how much they will screw will my roll in cornors. And i just cant see anyway of adjusting them. Have any other ideas of what I can do?

If they are stock they should be 17x9 on all four correct?
I have looked at it and there is nothing in the way I would think that the sway bar was to far to one side, but seeing how it is rubbing on both ends I just dont know what to think about it

If you can not stop the from rubbing try a spacers. I used them on my car to be able to fit the 2007 silver bullitts, and have not have a problem snice. The kit i got is only 13mm wide plate so is just enough.

probably to wide and hitting the wheel well plastic if he was rubbing the sway bar he would definitly see wear in the dire and a glosses shiny part on the sway bar.
