Somebody say somethin'

Alright, I just purchased my first car sose she's all mine. She's a 2000 V6 3.8L Silver beauty. She's got a scrape on her bottom side skirt as well as some minor scratches and dings. I've already started putting a system inner for those who feel the need to know and am finishing that up. It's got duel exaust already and am not sure of the specs as far as H or X and what that even means. I want her to be a little louder, quicker, and prettier but I'm not sure where to start and if you can't tell already I am a begginer. Things that would help:

- What I should try doing under the hood first.
*I would like at or around about 100HP for now
*What parts and brands online (Most reliable)
- What works best for outer body
*Body kits (front bumper, siderskirt, and rear bumper)
*Reliable brand names as well
- Lastly in which order should I start? Under the hood or the exterior.

Start with the motor. For 100 hp, you need to have forced induction. You can do all the bolt ons and a cam and not get 100 more hp, so I suggest a procharger 8 or 11 psi supercharger kit from VMPTuning.com @ about 4k bucks.

If that is too much, maybe do all the bolt ons (I have a 1999 full bolt-on V6).

On the body kit, don't go crazy. Maybe get the Saleen or Roush, or stay stock.

Wheels, a 1"-1.5" drop, and a clean car looks hot (my car)

Give us some pics of your car if you don't mind, and we can better pick what mods for you to do.

I see that the supersixmotorsports.com stage3 powerpack is advertised at increasing up to 90hp for about $2350.00 which includes H/C/I swap. But add a custom tune, delete the IRMC's, pullies, and some exhaust work and it could be close to 100hp increase N/A?

the stage 3 is mostly suited for f/i cars though.

Body kits - Saleen, Roush, or Cobra R look the best imo.
Wheels - Deep Dish Bullets look awesome, or maybe some cobras...Search on ebay for mustang wheels and see what comes up that you like

I would start under the hood first. You don't want to be like these guys that are like "My car is all show." Well have you been to a car show. "No." Then its a ricer.

A car is always a work in progress for most people.
Start with gears, underdrive pullies, a new tune, before you get into deeper engine stuff.

I do see on their site that they have the stage 3 listed for s/c, turbo, and nitrous, but the only differance i see between that and the stage 2+ is the headwork for larger valves, i think the main varible that determines how it is used is the cam specs. but i do think it is possible for a N/A 3.8/4.2 setup with a high compression ratio to put down around 260hp to the wheels.

Yea, I did read up on that saying the same thing. You should email them and ask. The guys there are awesome. Answered all of my questions, and pretty quickly for a company. I'm gonna buy my split port swap kit, and engine components from them.
