Flood damage

So I have the opportunity to buy a 2001 V6 Mustang for $4500, only problem is it was flooded halfway. All parts have been replaced from the parts of a 2004 by a trustworthy mechanic...so my question is...is this mustang worth the buy? I'm kinda in a hurry, so I'd love some kickass opinions.

I would say you may have a lot of problems down the road.

My understanding is that it is very difficult to fix a car that has been flooded.
It would need a new wiring harness, all new interior, and replacement of all electrical parts at the very least.

is the car running ? and if so how long has it been on the road after it was worked on from the flooding...pending on what was put into it it would be a good deal...if it has all new electronics and the motor was rebuilt or parts were just swapped over from a newer V6 than that wouldnt be to bad
