V6 auto to manual tranny conversion

So here is my question. A friend of mine has a rebuilt bullit tranny and driveshaft. Could I use these to convert my auto into a manual? I would also get a t-lok differential at the same time. would this even fit on my car and if so what would i need/what would it cost (he will sell the tranny and shaft to me for 500ish) a point in the right direction would be nice. From what i gather i would need a new chip, i could get a clutch pedal assy and cable from a junkyard car, and a clutch. what else would i need to do this properly? I am not the most car savvy person in a world but i do know which end of a hammer to use (all of my wrench turning experience is on aircraft ) Recomidations on where to get the chip/clutch would be wonderful. i know im asking a lot of everyone, and sorry for that!

its a 3650 ... i got it covered... we got a section for v8's too ...

uhh im trying to figure out how hard it would be to switch that in ... that tranny is so different from the other ones they put in to sixxers... im asking around to see if their is an extreme difference...

for some reason i want to say it will cost you hundreds to make that one work ...

I realize that, but manual is a personal preference but eventually i would like to change headers, supercharger (or turbo havent decided) cold air intake and dual exaust. the desired effect to make the car fun fast. Being younger insurace makes keeping it a v6 more affordable. this will also be my daily driver so i dont want to go crazy!

You need a t-5 transmission from one of manys cars that come equipped with said 5 speed tranny, and then you need the v6 bellhousing, its thats simple. You can use your drive shaft you just need to switch the auto yoke to a manual yoke and get a new u joint (like $10). Try to get the tranny from the same year mustang 99-04 that way the vss sensor will be electric and you wont have to get one seperately. The 94-98 T5 has a manual vss which would have to be replaced with an electric one i believe, because i dont think the connections match up

As far as everything else you need..

-flywheel
-ford special order flywheel bolts (pia to get, must order through ford)
-clutch kit
-clutch pedal assembly (94-04 v6/gt assy. will work)
-clutch cable
-Tranny wiring harness for your year stang (99-04)
-Manual Ecu from 99-04 v6(not absolutely necessary but highly recommended, otherwise left with a flashing O/D light at all times)
-Shifter, shift knob, shift boot, weather shield (lower boot)

I have a 5 spd transmission out of a 97 gt if you're interested and maybe some of those other parts tuned listed if they will work on a v6.
