99+ have a return less fuel system right. so that has to be the supply line right?

Yes

its like a fuel dampner when the injectors fire they pulse and it supresses the fuel to keep the pressure in the fuel rail as consistant as possible

Use a piece of string tape it to one end and then stretch it to the other and cut it off pull the string out and measure it and you have your length

ok so it took me about 3 hours or so but i was able to get the old line off. it was difficult to get out from under the car so i cut it in half with one of those spinning pipe cutters and was able to pull it out. installed new hose easily. duckbill fittings snapped on perfectly onto filter. made sure all clamps were on super tight. car started perfectly. checked for leaks under the car and under the hood....none watsoever.

still having the same problem. i cant rev it past 4k and car hesitates while accelerating after a while of driving. ima check my fuel pressure as soon as i buy a gauge so i can pinpoint the problem and say w/o a doubt its my fuel pump. but i really had to repair my line first b4 anything else
