do you have an after marker intake on?

basically go to your auto store nearest you. grab some MAF cleaner and carb cleaner

your IAC should be located on the throttle body. 2 screw/s bolts hold it in place. remove them and disconnect the plug to it.
with the carb cleaner just spray it in there and clean it with that.

now your maf
located your maf. either take it out or it you have a after market intake take the pipe out.
you'll see 2 thin metal lines in the middle and between them at the end another prong. just spray it with the maf cleaner...NOT directly...spray at least like 5inches or so away
