i would say look at delk of morana for kits on this stuff... but thats just me... you can pull a full rotating assembly out of a 97-03 f150 and put it in the bottom of your block. and while the block is apart port and polish the heads and valve's ... grind a hundreth of the bottom of the heads get thinner gaskets and get a cam with close to stock lift just a really long duration like 214-220 at a 114 cam angle and go race some fat people
