what happends when someone is on the border of the 1 hr line ? do u drive down the street and its 11pm instead of 12am ?

If there are 2 on each, we know the problem, but what if there is not an open bung? What would be the problem then?

Could be different things....

But first thing first, make sure you have your 02 sensors in the correct place, and nothing leaking.

Since you said it sounded horrible you probably have a leak somewhere. You did put the EGR tube back on... didn't you?

YOU HAVE AIR INJECTION long tubes and not an air injection car. weld a bolt into the open bungs in the front (that point towards the front bumper) and you will be fine
