Wind noise in passenger side door?

I am getting wind noise on the passenger side of my 2000 mustang. It sounds like it is going into the door. Does anybody have any ideas of what may be causing this? I have looked and looked and can’t figure it out.

Do you have a steamer? If you have a steamer get a buddy to either stand outside of the car or to take the steamer and blow steam at the seems around the window to see if there is a leak. If you see steam you know you have a problem with your weatherstripping, and you know exactly where it is.

*Edit - Or you can take something that blows air like the steamer do the same thing and just your hand along the seems where the blower is at.*

We have one of those at work for installing engines on the dyno, although we call it a smoker. I think they also make one that blows a real fine powder that has the same effect.

You can also try and use a fan (something pretty can move a lot of air) and a piece of paper or something with tassels on it.

I have also used a 3/8 inch rubber hose as a stethoscope. Hold one end to your ear, and move the other end around where you think the leak is. The tube amplifies the sound and makes it easier to find the source.
