wat brakes?


ok so not sure if this is the right section but i just need a quick answer so i fig watever...anyway

i'm needing new brakes...any suggestions? would some from a local auto store b ok or does someone recommend some others i would have to order?

if you can't find any for a good price locally i got some of thepartsbin.com

they were cheap and stock oem originals

see i'm kinda hard on my brakes...so i'm looking for something that's gonna last me a lil while. i heard ceramic ones were pretty good...any input?

just go down to napa and get some pads, they will last plenty long

if you are talking of pads like i am asuming auto sone sels duralst pads for under 50 bucks (i cant remember the exact price i just know it was less then fifty) and they have a life time warenty

what about like brembo or wilwood or project mu or someone. Do any big names offer big brake kits for a 96 v6

go with a cobra brake kit... and just go with that for a while... all you should have to do is the rotors and calipers ... and the lines ... upgrade those to stainless steel and you will be good.
