Im upping to the 4.2

Alright so today im starting the task of bringing my mustang back to life with the help of an 99 f150 4.2l. I blew my engine up installing a cam, and have now purchased a 4.2 for $600 with 100,000 mile ( i know it has high miles but these engines are hard as fuck to find). So Anyways i already have 4.10s, trak-lok, Sniper tuner at 91 octane, full dual exhuast including long tube headers and h pipe, Ported and Polished intakes, Morana racing b spec cam, new springs and pushrods, and i will be getting the heads ported before i drop the engine into the car. So im hoping to be done with this by next weekend and i will let you all know how it goes. I am also wondering what my next mods should be? IM already planning on getiing a cai, but after that what do i need? Bigger throttle body? Electric water pump? Underdrive pullies?

OK so let me get this straight from being reversed...u had all this stuff for the car but now asking about getting a CAI ? and throttle body ?....hmmmm........just like i would say with the other guy claiming all this internal work and intake manifold work then asked about getting a CAI Im suprised u wouldnt know about the product already or about the throttle body....or woulda been in the car before you got to doign full exhaust,forged internals,cam,P&P upper and lower intakes....and w/e else thats missing

Um actually im not joking but you can be a douche if you want. I never said forged internals so obviously you didnt even read my post. Also i was not asking about getting a cai, i simply said i was getting one. I had already ordered one off ebay but it was shit and does not fit at al. I was asking about the throttle body because i heard people say that they dont really add anything. That is why i come on moddedmustangs is to get my questions answered not have some asshole tell me i dont have the stuff i say i do in my car. But anyways would bigger injectors be needed? I thought the stock ones were fine for up to 300horsepower unless turbo or supercharged.

I would say get rockers while your at it....

Are you planning on staying n/a? Or what type of power are you trying to make?

if u put rods inside they must be forged rods because i see no point on putting rods in...i dont mean u have forged pistions and crank

we get enough people saying they have all this upgraded stuff then say im getting a CAI with a t body then ask the gains ? just doesnt seem to add up...

only time ive felt like an ass is when I forget to bring a condom when i have the chance of getting some...then again i would just spend the extra 10min getting one...so i doubt I will feel like one
