spark plugs.

I am looking to change my spark plugs on my V6 4.0L mustang.. It has 22,000 miles on it, and I am not sure if they have ever been changes since I bought it with 11,000 on it. What spark plugs do you all recomend for it for the best power and MPG. I am not sure if I am going to change out the wires or not, but what would you guys suggest.?

When I am switching out my plugs at 22,000 miles, if I am going wit coppers should I change out my stock wires? I am not sure about the specs on the stock wires, but is there any need to upgrade the wires if I am not upgrading to performence coil or anything?

The engine is most stock, so when replacing the plugs at 22,000 miles, will changing the wires help?

UR wires are still good but you can upgrade your wires it will help your spark but its not going to be like OMGWTFBBQSAUCE difference, also an updated coil will allow you to run a larger gapped plug which will help your bottom end a lil bit. especially if u got long tubed headers.

You don't have to change the plugs if you only have 22,000 miles on the car. Unless you have done other mods to change the plugs. The plugs that came in the car you don't have to change untill you have 50,000 miles.

I have a 03 sport trac which has the same engine, I just changed mine at 50,000 and they acutally looked fine.
