Thats the fuel filter! :wink

The fuel pump is inside the tank, you have to drop the tank to change out the pump.

pump

to get it out is simple as all hell, for saftey reasons disconnect the negetive battery cable, then jack your car up, there are two straps on it with two bolts you have to take out, take em out and there ya go, if you have gas in it, its gonna suck unless you drain it or just put another jack up it and lower it down, its easy as hell to do and will take an unexperienced mechanic all but an hour and a half to do at best, as for a location to buy one vmptuning.com sells some and so does chips v6 specilties and so does americanmuscle.com, if your not skilled at working on cars go buy yourself a haynes manuel or a chiltons and your good its easy to do, ever since my fuel pump went theres been two or three post about others blowing, seems to be a trend
