i meant the shop has all the material to make the exhaust thats what I meant. they have the muffler and tubes with hanger bla bla bla.. in other words u dont have to bring any materials
idk if there are stict in chicago with emissions if they are then u can have long tubes unless u pay some extra cash to the guy :wink

you can go to any local shop and look for the prices it would be between 350-400 bucks. I never heard of midas cause there isnt any here but check for prices exhaust is just a bunch of pypes connected is not rocket science.

do something that has a bit more ... reputation then midas... they do cheap work with shitty materials... look for a place that is really nice and has some nice cars come and go... or something like that
if you have a sniffer or visual inspection you might just want to get a midpipe and catback... have them make any modifications to the system ... AFTER your second cats if you are concerned about emissions

spacers aren worth it neither a tbody unless u port and polish
its like this t.v=air door=t.b ceiling=upper intake u got a 4ft door and a 4ft with a nice t.v in there but then u decided to enter a 10ft plasma t.v and u also buy a 10ft door thinking the t.v will enter there fine but after u put the door the t.v will not enter cause the ceiling is still 4ft tall. so u need to change ur ceiling did ya understand what i meant?

IMO true dual exhaust is different than just dual exhaust
for example: my brother has a 2002 Camaro SS stock it would have an h pipe leading to two tips(not true) in his case its both the headers running to the h pipe and at the end of the h it is obviously split to two tips this wouldn't be true because it somewhere along the line is a single pipe however now he has true duals both headers running to the x still connects but never is one single pipe and then dumped i don't know how they set up all mustangs i am learning as i go on my GT where i believe mustang Gt's are all true duals they never run into one pipe my stang when it was stock: headers leading the the pipe which is two pipes all the way down then to the a/b's but idk im not a genius at cars thats always how i figured it |
