High pitched squeak

Hey guys so I've got a quick question and hopefully somebody can help.
Basically for the past couple of weeks I noticed a slight high pitched squealing noise coming from the front right side of my car. It wasnt too loud and I could typically only hear it when I was paying attention with my window open. I have a 1994 v6 manual. The noise typically happened when I was cruising slow and not accelerating, usually around 2nd gear and at about 2000 RPM. Now the noise has grown louder so Im getting increasingly concerned, since its quite apparent that something is squeaking or grinding and I have no idea what. Any Ideas?

The only thing I could think of is some kind of belts, my old Taurus was doing that and I replaced the belts then it stoped.

god I really hope its just belts, it sounds like its kind of coming from under the car, is there a chance its the break rotors or maybe the suspension?
