Steering wheel

This might sound stupid but how much does our steering wheel weigh? I was just thinking that switching to a racing steering wheel might save some weight, but then I was like I doubt it weighs very much. On that note, what about if I got a racing steering wheels and removed the passenger side airbag? I dont think its legal to sell it if your remove either one tho, but I could always put it back if I ever sell my stang.

I don't really know but I'm gonna guess you might shave off like 10 pounds by doing that.

If you're concerned about weight, you should start by removing your spare tire and jack. Rear seat delete, and replace your front seats with racing seats. just that could do a lot.
