If I put a posi-trac and gears do I need a bearing kit?

if your installing it yourself...or having a shop do it you shuldnt..
i need new bearings cause i jacked mine all up when i took them off....

I highly recommend installing new bearings and seals. That way it'll be just like new. Going to have everything apart, might as well and get it done.
