soon i will dyno my car at 10psi tuned with the ported lower
then i'll do my big valve heads and dyno that

or i may get a cam before the heads..who knows

so you wouldnt be comfortable gasket matching a scion head if i sent you one and a gasket to gasket match?

if your willing to wait like 2-3weeks yes i'll be glad to, i'll be doing a head for my cousins honda soon

ok, well im getting a cheap cheap one out of a junk yard for like 50 bucks while it is off getting ported so time isnt a big deal

so i'd rather you get a head with GOOD porting and be like yeah the dude chris does good work i recommend him..
not oh he did ok.. i mean its alrite..not better then XXX brand

lol yeah you could do that as well how about this i should know by next weekend. i'll have some free time to really brush up on my porting
then i'll just charge by how long it takes, also give me a rough est how much it cost around you so my starting qoute will be lower. i know for our cars its $500! for the heads. which isnt sooo bad. im hoping when im done porting them i can start doing ported heads much much cheaper and big valve heads

Hey chris it's nice to get a good look at your setup. This is a great thread.
+1 you need to do something to cover your intercooler better...or maybe you could raise it up a bit higher.

as i await parts for obdnanrs motor im practicing my porting...its fair to say i've pretty much wasted my old intake...2 runners to 1 cylinder i wasnt thinking the bit would cut so much and just one other runner =/
sucks to just have it wasted now..but i have 3 other runners PERFECT. i need one more polish tool to get a better polish. its smooth just not baby's asss smooth

I'm doing my Big valve heads for my car too.....beware its coming out DAMM good

i heard having your intakes too smooth is actually not helpful what so ever... but thats what i was told

right now its not to smooth...ive never heard that but i know its worse on gas milage.
