go to local crusies and car show and talk to people to find good shops
but the only way to tell fo shur is go there and if u get a bad fealing go some wer else i took my cat to a bad shop it was just a mufler shop all i needad was some pipe to be bent now i need to get it rebent and redo the exaust because it has about 5 leaks because they fucked it up

POWERHOUSE turbo charger FOR SURE! people at 9psi on the stock motor are pushing out 370+rwhp!! those cars have lots of potiential... just like your budget =D
