I would search your local craiglist man..
there are deals everywhere.. I am guessing your looking for the GT scoop. I wouldn't pay 3-4 hundred bucks for that.. like I said.. search locally first. you may fine a great deal.. I gave away a GT hood when I got my Cobra hood... I have seen GT hoods go for about $100.00.

you only need the scoop, not the whole hood.

but how do you attach a hood scoop the the v6 hood? doesnt the pre existing hoodscoop get in the way?

well he may need the whole GT hood if he as that fake heat extracters they put on some V6

if it is the regular v6 hood (like mine) you drill holes in the hood to mount the scoop over the faux stock "scoop." the scoop should come with a template you put on your hood and it tells you where to drill and pop it in place

check ebay ...they usually have a couple scoops on there for auction ...and i think theres a gt hood forsale somewhere in the classified section
