question about frpp springs

im thinking of the Bilstein HD Shock & Strut Package, FRPP C srings, and J&M caster camber plates for christmas. I reallly like the stance gained from the FRPP C springs. Are these good springs and cc plates? What do you guys think of this kit? Will these springs last as long as something such as the eibach pro kit? Will i need a bumpster kit with these springs? I plan on running Black 18x9 S style wheels soon also...

Any suggestions?

kk, i just dont really know. my friend has a 00 and its lowered. i think its the eibach pro kit. but when i drive it, i go down a the street and his steering wheel shakes like it would if you are on a gravel road. same street in my car is fine. is that bumpsteer causing that?

from what i remember c springs are the only lowering springs that do not need caster camber plates, and that is because ford made them to work right at the limit of the stock caster limits of your vehicles

it always shakes, but the faster your going, the more vibration in the wheel is noticeable

look at pro kit from eibach. the c springs will only lower you about 1" rear and 1.2" front. you can slam it with sportlines with c/c plates

they are a great spring, just not a severe drop. i wanted lower so i went with eibach sportlines a year or so after i got the c springs

i dont want a drop more than 1.25-1.5 iches at most cuz i have speed bumps that i have no way of getting around at school. 2" is too much for me, but that is a nice looking drop.

then c springs or pro kit would be a great bet. pro kit will still go over speed bumps and look much better though
