tuner and gears ,tloc help?

I have a 2004 mustang convertible v6 auto with a CAI and dual flowmasters. I was wondering if i ordered the SCT xCalibrator 2 tuner from mustangtuning.com and had them costume make a tune already for my car if it would work perfectly fine? I was also wondering in the future if i wanted to add 4.10 rear gears and a tlock then would that be a problem having the tuner already installed? or could the shop that installs the tlock and gears just fix my speedometer n all that with the sct and still keep my same tune?

the xcal2 gives you the ability to correct the gear ratio for the future install, without having to get a new tune. you can change just your gear value
