Another Exhaust Question

i was about to buy flowmaster A/T then i heard

then heard the SLP LM but my question is why does it look like cheap 20$ pipes . it sounds loud and nice but doesnt look like its worth the price . performance wise is it worth it? was also thinking about going a O/R H pipe . im finally noticing the difference between the v6 and the v8 and it is pretty damn big .. what would be the loudest setup on a v6 ( i dont really care if its illegal ) . was thinking SLP LM with O/R pypes H-pipe . i seriously made so many threads about this . i just wanna get it done and over with.

1 loud mouths don't sound good on a v6
2 from v8 runing loud mouths that they sound beter with an x pipe

okay . well the thing is i dont really care if i get "good sound" i want obnoxious
sound with a few HP gains basically i want a cop to pull me over for a fix it ticket ...

btw i heard that too but i heard h was better for sound and x was better for hp or something like that

If it's loud sound your looking for, I'd look into getting LT headers along with your exhaust. JBL makes a nice set for our v6's. This will also help with some hp gains.

i was kinda avoiding headers for a little bit cause i dont wanna put to much money down mostly cause i cant back it up. well i guess what im asking is . i know the flowmaster A/T is a good buy . but is the SLP LM i mean the sound i know it is . but just the way the piping is . doesnt look like they put much money to make it

the other option if u don't like slp's pipes but do want there sound u could get just the slp muflers and have a shop fab up ur exhaust

Yea V6 slp do not sound nearly as good as on a V8

hell if u just want loud get some glas packs
or if u want holly shit i cant hear loud and don't car if it is leagle u could go open headers
buy som LT's then have a shop bend a pipe so it dumps just behind ur front weeles

You have an 05+ v6 mustang, nothing will make it sound that loud.

yes a huge difference, the 4.0L is WAY quieter then the 3.8/3.9L and no exhaust on the 4.0 is extremely fix it ticket loud like SSStang said

no mufflers and no cats u mean open headers or just headers with straght pipes
if u are oing no mufflers / cats u think u should go open headers
i had them for about 2 weeks and they were loud as hell
louder then a LS1 with a cam and O/R X pipe and SLP's
